Reviewer Guidelines
To enhance the quality of our journal publications, we warmly invite distinguished experts to serve as reviewers for Multigen: Multidisciplinary Indigenous Knowledge. Your invaluable contributions are crucial in ensuring the publication of high-quality manuscripts.
Reviewer Qualifications:
- Must hold a Master's or Doctoral degree.
- Experience as a reviewer for scientific journals is highly desirable.
- Must have published articles in internationally recognized journals with citations.
Review Guidelines:
Reviewers are encouraged to consider the following criteria during the evaluation process:
Presentation:
- Does the manuscript present a coherent and compelling argument?
- Are the ideas clearly and concisely articulated?
Writing:
- Does the title accurately reflect the manuscript's content?
- Is the writing style clear and easily understandable?
Length:
- Which sections of the manuscript require elaboration, reduction, summarization, or merging?
Title:
- Does the title clearly, concisely, and attractively represent the manuscript's content?
Abstract:
- Does the abstract cover essential elements, including research background, objectives, methods, findings, and contributions/implications?
Introduction:
- Does the background highlight a research gap?
- Does the literature review incorporate relevant theories?
- Is the originality of the work emphasized?
- Are the study's objectives and hypothesis development clearly stated, if applicable?
Method:
- Are all research procedures thoroughly described?
- Are study variables, research subjects, and research instruments identified?
- Are data analysis techniques elaborated upon?
- Is there sufficient information for other researchers to replicate the study?
Result:
- Are tables and figures used to present processed data?
- Do the results address the research question and/or hypotheses?
Discussion:
- Are results analyzed in relation to existing literature?
- Are the implications of the research described?
- Are the study's strengths and limitations addressed?
Conclusion:
- Are the main conclusions effectively summarized?
- Are findings presented as a synthesis of results and discussions?
- Are new findings that contribute to the development of science and mathematics education highlighted?
