EduAI: Journal of AI in Educational Practices is published by Konsorsium Pengetahuan Innoscientia. We are committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics in all aspects of our work, including the responsibilities of authors, reviewers, editorial board members, and the Editor-in-Chief.

Author Responsibilities

Authors are expected to:

  • Ensure that their work is original and has not been published elsewhere.
  • Provide accurate and honest representations of their research data.
  • Acknowledge all sources of funding and disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
  • Obtain necessary ethical approvals for research involving human or animal subjects.
  • Collaborate with co-authors and ensure that all contributors are appropriately credited.
  • Respond promptly to requests for revisions or additional information during the review process.

Reviewer Responsibilities

Reviewers are expected to:

  • Conduct a fair and unbiased review of the manuscript based on its scholarly merit.
  • Maintain confidentiality and not disclose any information about the manuscript to others.
  • Identify any potential conflicts of interest and recuse themselves from reviewing if necessary.
  • Provide constructive feedback to authors, highlighting both strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Complete the review within the agreed timeline to facilitate the timely publication of the journal.

Editorial Board Member Responsibilities

Editorial board members are expected to:

  • Provide guidance on the strategic direction and editorial policies of the journal.
  • Assist in the selection and mentoring of reviewers, ensuring a fair review process.
  • Evaluate the quality of submissions and make decisions on manuscript acceptance or rejection.
  • Uphold the integrity of the journal by ensuring ethical standards are met in all published works.

Editor-in-Chief Responsibilities

The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for:

  • Overseeing the editorial process and ensuring the journal's adherence to ethical standards.
  • Making final decisions on manuscript submissions based on reviewer recommendations and the journal's focus and scope.
  • Addressing any ethical concerns or misconduct issues that may arise during the publication process.
  • Ensuring that the journal maintains transparency and accountability in its operations.
