Peer Review Process

EduAI: Journal of AI in Educational Practices employs a closed double-blind review process to ensure the integrity and quality of published research. In this system, both the authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process. This approach aims to eliminate potential bias and promote impartial evaluations of manuscripts.

  1. Submission: Authors submit their manuscripts through the journal's online submission system, ensuring all identifying information is removed from the document to maintain anonymity.

  2. Initial Screening: The editorial team conducts an initial screening to assess the relevance and adherence of the manuscript to the journal's focus and scope.

  3. Reviewer Selection: Suitable reviewers with expertise in the relevant field are selected. The editorial team ensures that reviewers do not have any conflicts of interest with the authors.

  4. Review Process: Each manuscript is typically reviewed by two or more independent reviewers. Reviewers are tasked with evaluating the manuscript's originality, significance, methodology, and overall contribution to the field of AI in education.

  5. Decision: After the review, the editorial team considers the reviewers' feedback to make a decision on the manuscript. Authors are informed of the decision, along with any feedback provided by the reviewers.

  6. Revisions: If necessary, authors may be invited to revise their manuscript based on reviewer comments. The revised manuscript may undergo another round of review before a final decision is made.

  7. Publication: Upon acceptance, the manuscript will be prepared for publication in accordance with the journal's guidelines.
