Reviewer Guidelines

To elevate the quality of our journal publications, we are pleased to invite esteemed experts to join the Community Research and Application Journal (CRAJ) as reviewers. Your expertise and insights are invaluable in upholding the high standards and outstanding quality of our submissions.

Reviewer Qualifications:

  • Possession of a Master's or Doctoral degree.
  • Specialization in Community services of Medical Physics.
  • Prior experience as a scientific journal reviewer is highly preferred.
  • Publications in internationally recognized journals with citations are a must.

Review Guidelines:

When assessing manuscripts, reviewers should consider these criteria:

Presentation:

  • Is the manuscript structured logically with a persuasive argument?
  • Are the ideas communicated clearly and succinctly?

Writing:

  • Does the title accurately reflect the content of the manuscript?
  • Is the writing style clear and to the point?

Length:

  • Identify sections that require expansion, reduction, summarization, or combination.

Title:

  • Does the title clearly, concisely, and attractively convey the content of the manuscript?

Abstract:

  • Does the abstract include key elements such as research background, objectives, methods, findings, and contributions/implications?

Introduction:

  • Does the background highlight a research gap?
  • Is the literature review relevant and comprehensive?
  • Does it emphasize the originality of the work?
  • Are the study's objectives and hypothesis development clearly stated?

Method:

  • Are all research procedures described in detail?
  • Are study variables, research subjects, and instruments identified?
  • Are data analysis techniques explained?
  • Is there enough detail to replicate the study?

Results:

  • Are data presented using tables and figures?
  • Do the results address the research question and/or hypotheses?

Discussion:

  • Are results analyzed in the context of existing literature?
  • Are the implications of the research described?
  • Are the strengths and limitations of the study addressed?

Conclusion:

  • Are the main conclusions summarized effectively?
  • Are the findings presented as a synthesis of results and discussions?
  • Are new findings highlighted that contribute to the field of Community services of Medical Physics?
