Abstract
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a strategic role in Indonesia's economy, especially in creating jobs and contributing to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). However, MSMEs in rural areas such as Tegolayang Hamlet, Tegorejo Village, still face various challenges, including limitations in business management, access to capital, and the use of digital technology. This study aims to examine the impact of the MSME development socialization program that focuses on increasing managerial, financial, and digital marketing capacity for business actors in Tegolayang Hamlet. Using a descriptive qualitative research method with a case study approach, data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that after participating in the socialization program for three months, MSME actors experienced a significant improvement in business management, financial management, and digital marketing. Some MSMEs recorded an increase in sales of up to 30% in the six months after the program. However, challenges such as limited access to capital and technological infrastructure remain major obstacles. Therefore, continuous support from the government and related institutions is needed in the form of further training, mentoring, and increased access to capital and technology. This study provides recommendations for the development of MSMEs in rural areas to strengthen competitiveness and local economic growth.
