Publication Ethics

Society: Journal of Community and Service is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible measures to ensure that the journal’s activities are conducted in a fair and ethical manner. The journal is published by Konsorsium Pengetahuan Innoscientia and adheres to the following ethical guidelines:

Author Responsibilities

  2. Authorship: All individuals who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the research should be listed as authors. Corresponding authors must ensure that all co-authors approve the final version of the manuscript.

  4. Ethical Compliance: Authors must ensure compliance with ethical standards concerning research involving human or animal subjects, including obtaining necessary approvals.

Reviewer Responsibilities

  1. Confidentiality: Reviewers must maintain the confidentiality of the manuscripts they review and not disclose any information about them to others.
  2. Impartiality: Reviews should be conducted objectively, and personal biases must be set aside.

Editorial Board Member Responsibilities

Editor-in-Chief Responsibilities

  2. Decision Authority: The Editor-in-Chief holds the final decision-making authority on manuscript acceptance or rejection, based on the reviews received.
  3. Transparency and Accountability: The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for maintaining transparency in the editorial process and addressing any ethical issues that arise during the publication process.
  4. Continuous Improvement: The Editor-in-Chief promotes continuous improvement of the journal’s policies and practices to uphold the highest standards of research integrity.
