Ethical Clearance

JUSI: Jurnal Studi Ilmiah requires that all research involving human participants or animals must obtain ethical clearance from the appropriate ethics committee or institutional review board prior to submission. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their research complies with ethical standards and guidelines relevant to their field.

Manuscripts submitted to the journal must include a statement regarding ethical clearance, outlining the following:

  1. Approval Statement: A declaration that ethical approval has been obtained, including the name of the ethics committee or institutional review board and the approval number.
  2. Informed Consent: A description of how informed consent was obtained from participants involved in the research, ensuring that they were fully informed about the study and its potential risks.
  3. Animal Welfare: If applicable, a statement detailing compliance with guidelines for the care and use of animals in research, including any relevant approvals.

Failure to provide ethical clearance or to adhere to ethical standards may result in the rejection of the manuscript or subsequent retraction of published work.
