Allegation of Research Misconducts
JUSI: Jurnal Studi Ilmiah takes allegations of research misconduct seriously and is committed to upholding the integrity of the scholarly publishing process. The handling of allegations of research misconduct aligns with the guidelines established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), which can be accessed at COPE Misconduct Guidelines.
In the event of an allegation, the journal will conduct a thorough investigation to determine the validity of the claim. This process will involve consulting with relevant parties, including the authors, reviewers, and other experts as necessary.
Should misconduct be confirmed, appropriate actions will be taken in accordance with the severity of the infraction. This may include issuing corrections, retractions, or other necessary measures to rectify the situation.
The retraction process adheres to the Retraction Guidelines outlined by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), available at COPE Retraction Guidelines. Retractions will be considered when there is clear evidence of misconduct, such as plagiarism, falsification of data, or unethical research practices.
