Efektivitas Media Pembelajaran EdPuzzle dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Fikih Peserta Didik Kelas X di MAN 9 Jombang

Abstract

Fiqh learning in madrasahs still largely relies on conventional one-way instructional videos, while the use of interactive video media such as EdPuzzle at MAN 9 Jombang remains very limited, resulting in suboptimal student engagement and understanding of the material. Previous studies on EdPuzzle have mostly examined Islamic Religious Education in general, while its effectiveness in Fiqh learning has rarely been investigated. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the EdPuzzle learning medium in improving the Fiqh learning outcomes of tenth-grade students on the topic of Muamalah Provisions at MAN 9 Jombang. The study employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design using a Nonequivalent Control Group Design, involving 38 students divided into experimental and control classes, with data collected through validated and reliable tests, questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the mean posttest score of the experimental class (92.22) was higher than that of the control class (86.00), with an N-Gain value of 0.7045 (high category), and the Independent Sample t-test showed a significant difference (Sig. = 0.013 < 0.05). The study concludes that EdPuzzle is effective in improving students' Fiqh learning outcomes and can serve as an alternative interactive learning medium supporting active, student-centered learning.
