Publication Ethics
1. Authors’ Responsibilities
- Originality & Plagiarism: Submitted manuscripts must be original and unpublished. Plagiarism and self-plagiarism are strictly prohibited.
- Source Acknowledgment: Proper acknowledgment of others' work must be given through citations and references.
- Data Transparency: Data must be accurate, complete, and available for review upon request.
- Authorship & Contribution: All individuals who made significant contributions must be listed as authors.
- Disclosure of Conflict & Funding: Authors must declare any potential conflicts of interest and all sources of funding.
2. Editors’ Responsibilities
- Fair Decision-Making: Editorial decisions should be based solely on academic merit, without bias.
- Confidentiality: All submitted manuscripts must be treated as confidential during the review process.
- Handling Ethical Issues: Misconduct such as plagiarism or data fabrication must be addressed seriously and in accordance with COPE guidelines.
3. Reviewers’ Responsibilities
- Objective Review: Reviews should be based on scholarly merit and provided professionally.
- Confidentiality: Reviewers must treat manuscripts and review content as confidential.
- Conflict of Interest: Reviewers must declare any conflict of interest and recuse themselves if necessary.
