Pengembangan Model Pembelajaran Al-Qur'an Hadis yang Menyenangkan Berbasis Integrasi Teknologi Digital untuk Penguatan Kompetensi Pedagogik Mahasiswa PGMI

Abstract

Al-Qur'an Hadis learning in Islamic elementary schools (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah) is generally still delivered conventionally and in a teacher-centered manner, while students of the Primary Teacher Education for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (PGMI) program, as prospective teachers, have not fully mastered active teaching strategies based on digital technology; prior studies have mostly focused on developing media for students rather than strengthening prospective teachers' own pedagogical competence. This study aims to develop and analyze the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of an enjoyable Al-Qur'an Hadis learning model based on digital technology integration to strengthen the pedagogical competence of PGMI students. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE model and mixed methods, involving fifth-semester PGMI students at STAI Miftahul Ulum Tarate as research subjects. The results show that the developed model falls into the very valid category (material expert score 3.6; media expert score 3.5), is very practical (87% student response), and is effective in improving pedagogical competence, as indicated by an increase in pretest-posttest scores from 62.4 to 85.7 with an N-Gain of 0.62 (medium-to-high category). Thus, the model proved valid, practical, and effective in strengthening PGMI students' pedagogical competence while preparing them to become innovative, technologically adaptive prospective MI teachers.
