Peer Review Process
Civic Synergy: Journal of Multidisciplinary Service and Empowerment employs a closed double-blind review process to ensure impartiality and quality in the evaluation of submissions. In this process, both the authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other. Manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo initial editorial assessment to confirm their alignment with the journal's focus and scope. Those that pass this initial check are then sent to at least two independent reviewers who evaluate the submission based on its originality, methodological rigor, relevance, and contribution to the field. The editorial team makes the final publication decision based on the reviewers' recommendations. This rigorous process is designed to uphold the academic standards of the journal and foster the publication of high-quality, impactful research.
