Ethical Clearance

Civic Synergy: Journal of Multidisciplinary Service and Empowerment requires that all research involving human participants, animals, or sensitive data complies with established ethical standards. Authors must provide evidence of ethical clearance from relevant institutional or national ethics committees prior to the commencement of their research. This includes obtaining informed consent from human participants, ensuring confidentiality, and minimizing harm.

Authors must clearly state in their manuscripts that ethical approval has been obtained, including the name of the approving body and the reference number, if applicable. In cases where ethical approval is not required, authors should provide a statement explaining why this is the case. Non-compliance with these ethical requirements may lead to rejection of the manuscript.
