Ethical Clearance

Probabilitas: Journal of Statistics and Mathematics requires that all research involving human participants, animals, or sensitive data has obtained appropriate ethical clearance prior to submission. Authors must ensure that their studies comply with ethical standards set by relevant institutions and regulatory bodies.

All submitted manuscripts must include a statement confirming that ethical approval was obtained from the appropriate ethics committee or institutional review board (IRB). This statement should detail the approval process and include the approval number, if applicable. For studies involving human subjects, authors must also ensure that informed consent was obtained from participants prior to their inclusion in the research.

In cases where ethical clearance is not applicable (e.g., studies based solely on publicly available data), authors should provide a justification for the exemption. The editorial team reserves the right to request additional documentation or clarification regarding ethical compliance if deemed necessary during the review process.
