Publication Ethics

Journal of Collaborative Community (JoCC) is published by Konsorsium Pengetahuan Innoscientia. We uphold the highest standards of ethics in publishing and expect all participants in the publication process to adhere to the following responsibilities:

Author Responsibilities

  • Authors must ensure that their work is original and properly cited, and that all co-authors have contributed to and approved the final version of the manuscript.
  • Authors are responsible for disclosing any conflicts of interest that could influence their research.
  • Authors must ensure that their research complies with ethical standards and that they have obtained necessary approvals for human or animal research.

Reviewer Responsibilities

  • Reviewers must evaluate manuscripts objectively and provide constructive feedback in a timely manner.
  • Reviewers should declare any conflicts of interest and recuse themselves from the review process if necessary.
  • Reviewers are expected to maintain confidentiality and not disclose any information regarding the manuscript until it is published.

Editorial Board Member Responsibilities

  • Editorial board members are responsible for making informed decisions regarding manuscript submissions based on quality, relevance, and originality.
  • They must ensure the integrity of the peer review process and uphold the journal's standards of publication ethics.
  • Board members should declare any potential conflicts of interest related to submissions.

Editor-in-Chief Responsibilities

  • The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for overseeing the entire editorial process and ensuring that all published content meets ethical standards.
  • The Editor-in-Chief should facilitate fair and unbiased peer review and make final decisions on manuscript acceptance or rejection based on reviewer feedback.
  • The Editor-in-Chief must address any allegations of misconduct promptly and ensure compliance with the journal’s policies.
