Author Guidelines

Below are the comprehensive author guidelines for submitting to CoSBelife: Community Service For Better Life. It is crucial that your manuscript adheres to these instructions and is formatted using the MS Word template provided (accessible via the [article template link]).

For submissions to CoSBelife: Community Service For Better Life, please ensure compliance with the following technical specifications:

CoSBelife: Community Service For Better Life is a quarterly journal published in January, April, July, and October, under the management of Konsorsium Pengetahuan Innoscientia. The journal focuses on presenting research related to multidisciplinary indigenous knowledge.

To prepare your manuscript, download the guidelines and template from [article template link]. Submissions must be formatted in MS Word according to this template and submitted through the CoSBelife Online Submission System on the journal's e-portal. Manuscripts not adhering to these formatting requirements will be returned to authors prior to the review process.

All submissions should be original and must not be under consideration by any other journal. Manuscripts can be written in either Indonesian or English and should be between 15 and 20 pages, inclusive of any images and tables. The title, written in English, should be centered, in uppercase, and no longer than 20 words with a font size of 14 pt. Abstracts must be provided in both Indonesian and English, covering research objectives, methods, results, and recommendations (if applicable), and should not exceed 250 words.

The manuscript should be structured as follows: title, author's name, affiliation, email address, abstract, keywords, introduction, research methods, results and discussion, conclusions, and references.

Manuscript Structure:

• Title: Clearly describe the manuscript's content, avoiding acronyms and abbreviations, with a maximum of 20 words.
• Abstract: Should be under 250 words, in both Indonesian and English, summarizing objectives, methods, results, conclusions, and recommendations (if applicable) without direct quotes.
• Introduction: Offer background information, the current state of the field, gap analysis, research novelty, problems addressed, proposed solutions, and research objectives.
• Research Methods: Detail the research design, procedures, participants, location, experimental setups, sampling methods, sample size, variables, instruments, and data analysis techniques.
• Results and Discussion: Clearly present findings, emphasizing their novelty, impact, or contributions to the field of education.
• Conclusions: Summarize findings in a concise paragraph, addressing the research question or objective without repeating the results and discussion. Include any relevant suggestions.
• References: Include at least 20 primary sources, with over 80% from reputable journals, including DOIs or URLs. References should be recent, within the past 10 years, and managed using reference tools like Mendeley or Zotero.
